Debbie Rowe, Jackson's ex-wife gave birth to the two oldest kids, Prince Michael and Paris during their three-year marriage. The youngest kid, Prince Michael II, was born to an unnamed surrogate.
TMZ broke news of Jackson's death, reported that a sperm donor was used. And the almighty "sources" close to Michael Jackson are saying that not only is Michael Jackson not the biological father of his three children, Debbie Rowe isn't even the biological mother of the two oldest kids. And Jackson never actually legally adopted the children.
However, Miss Rowe's lawyer Martal Almli said the suggestion was "hurtful and insidious". She added: "Ms Rowe is the biological mother of the two eldest children."
Katherine Jackson said in recently filed court papers that the children have "no relationship with their biological mother".
As for Michael Jackson's will, it's be reported that there is a Jackson will from 2002 that leaves everything to his children, his mother Katherine, and various charities. Jackson's father Joe Jackson allegedly was not mentioned.
